As many criminals have died of heart attack, the police are investigating this matter. L has started his own investigation too... but he still needs the help of the police. Light wrote LIND.L.TAILOR in his Death Note.
40 seconds later… Lind.L.Tailor dies of heart attack & whatever happens to him is broadcast through the TV.
TV:”It's really hard to believe. I just want to do a test. Never thought that such thing will actually happen. KIRA… Can you just kill people without being at the scene? If I have not witnessed it myself, I will not have believed it.”
TV:”Listen carefully! KIRA. That Lind.L.Tailor who you have just killed is… NOT ME! He is a criminal who is about to be executed. I AM L… COME! COME & KILL ME!”
Although this program is said to be broadcast worldwide, in fact, it is only broadcast in 関東地区 in Japan. Therefore L concluded that KIRA is in Japan. But he has no idea how KIRA kills those people.
