God of Death, Ryuk, dropped a copy of notebook [Death Note] in the human world

The God of Death, Ryuk, is feeling really bored doing the same thing everyday in God of Death World & in the human world… This world is rotting…
Ryuk cheated another Death Note from the King of Death & dropped it in the human world. The grand battle between two of them who are chosen by this God of Death by chance will start from now…
Yagami Raito (Yagami Light) 17 years old…
Light:”Notebook?”
He picked up the Death Note on the field outside his classroom & flipped open. On the 1st page it stated ”HOW TO USE IT”.
Light:”The human whose name is written in this notebook shall die.. HAHAHA…” He finds it ridiculous but decided to keep it & bring it home but he does not really bothers the content after reading.
5 days later…
Light is back from school & he handed his result to his mum… his mum is delighted as he came in top in his National Practice Exam again & asked if he wants anything as a reward.
Light:”It's ok, mum.” {cos I have the thing I wanted most already}
he locked himself in his room… and took out the Death Note.
Ryuk:”You seem to like it a lot.”
Light:”WAAAHH….” & fell off from his chair. He was stunned!
Ryuk:”What are you afraid of? I'm Ryuk who has dropped this Death Note. You seem as if you already know that this is not an ordinary notebook, right?”
Light:”God… God of Death?” He was still in shock. After a few seconds, he picked himself up & stood up.
Light:”I'm not afraid of you at all! or should I say I have been waiting for you to come & look for me, Ryuk. What will you do to me after I use the Death Note? Take my soul away?”
Ryuk:”I won't do anything to you.. because the moment the Death Note is dropped in the human world, it is already belonging to this world. This Death Note is yours.”
Light:”Mine…”
Ryuk:”If you don't want it, I will give it to other people. I just have to erase all your memories related to this Death Note! Only the one who use it will be able to see me and of course you will be the only one who can hear me!”
Light:”There's nothing I must give in return for using the Death Note?”
Ryuk:”To tell you the truth, the person who uses this notebook will have the feeling of fear & torment and when his time is up, I will write his name in this notebook. He will neither go Heaven or Hell. That's about it. There's more fun after death!”
Light:”I have another question. Why do you pick me?”
Ryuk:”What? kekeke, don't flatter yourself. I just drop this notebook here & so happen you pick it up.”
Light:”Then why did you drop the Death Note in the 1st place and clearly stated on how to use it. Don't tell me that you dropped it accidentally!”
Ryuk:”Because I'm bored! I feel that this world is more fun than my world.”
Ryuk started flipping the Death Note & said to Light:”But… you really wrote a lot of names on it.”
Light:”Because… I'm bored too.”
For the past 5 days Light had been trying out on the Death Note to see if it would work. In case it really works, he tested it on criminals. The 1st name he wrote was 音原田九郎, a criminal who killed 6 people & held 8 people hostage. 40 seconds later after his name is written, Otoharada died of heart attack.
Light was amazed but he thought that this might be coincident. His mum reminded him that he had tuition class. So he quickly packed his stuff & went out. So on his way to his tuition class, he thought of who should be used as experiment. So he decided to write those people who is better off when dead.
“I'm 渋井丸拓男。Miss, do you wanna join me for fun?? hehehe…”
Light saw this man who is disturbing a lady on the street & this lady is so helpless. So Light wrote his name on his Death Note & wrote die of accident. Within seconds, he witness being hit by a lorry when he tried to ride his motorbike to chase after the lady.
“This Death Note is real!” Light exclaimed!!
Light was very scared as he had killed 2 people. He started to have mental breakdown. He even thought of giving up the Death Note as he could not take the pressure and he could not sleep at night. He struggled for many days & finally decided…
デスノートで世の中を変えてやる
I want to use this Death Note to change the world…
